Hey guys! I had previously did a review on these spray bottles, but I really felt the need to change it bc things have changed drastically... for the better.One: Yes, I got the exact same bottles in the photos with no problem with shipping. At first I only got the fine mist and couldn''t get it to stream... but a friend of mine came in and showed me where I was wrong (just twist the nozzle almost all the way out... I did that before, but not as far as I should''ve to make it stream). So yes, it does spray and stream, which is exactly what I wanted. And it didn''t break AT ALL while under heavy use yesterday with Clorox Beach mixed with water in the bottle. It also never leaked. So these spray bottles are PERFECT!

Ok, so I read the reviews... I received my package in good time, they were packed fine and I got exactly what is in the photos. Now one reviewer claimed that it only streams and doesn''t spray... yet mine only sprays and doesn''t stream. I''m actually quite disappointed in that bc I needed the stream function as well. The spray is a very fine mist. Maybe they are shipping out different bottles or we are getting defected spray bottles. I''m not going to send mine back unless it breaks in the first few days. Though they seem sturdy, I tested it out with water to make sure it doesn''t leak (thankfully it doesn''t). And it seems to be working just fine for me in the first day. So I give it 3 stars bc it I needed the adjustments on the sprays, which is the biggest reason I got this (besides the price) and it didn''t have it :(

Now perhaps each product has a different concentration of each of the above in them, but that seems strange... but having three different products with identical ingredients, catering to different things is strange as well... unless they wanted to try and maximize profits. "No, no, no, that''s for the shower! No, that''s for the kitchen!" I guess "All-Purpose will clean ANYTHING and GOOD for the ENVIORNMENT" was something the marketing team didn''t want to try.
Anyway, as for the product itself, it sprays on, I see soapy cleaning bubbles, it smells nice, and wipes away clean. So it does its job. But again, I find the above mysterious.
Since these products, as of my writing, have varying stock status, some being 24 hours, others 1 to 2 weeks, you can rest assured that they''re all just the same anyway.

Yes, I used to have to buy those overpriced, German coffee makers--but not any more. When my latest $100 coffee maker started leaking from both the underside and from the little, unreadable, glass tube on the side, I started looking around for a replacement.I settled on this Black and Decker model because it does everything the high-priced models do, but at a quarter of the price. After three weeks, the clock still keeps excellent time, the machine still comes on when I''m sound asleep so that I wake up to coffee ready to drink. The coffee tastes very good (c''mon, drip coffee is drip coffee--and I am STILL a coffee snob) and is certainly hot enough. The coffee maker is absolutely EASY to program; each button serves but one function. Aside from the fact that it doesn''t LEAK, it seems I lose power here with disturbing regularity, so I like to be able to set the clock and the timer easily and quickly and feel assured that I''ll have coffee when I wake up.
What I don''t miss about the old coffee maker: leaks, erratic, confusing programming and multiple functions for one button, default ON for auto coffee making (and there''s no way to turn it OFF), special little (hard to find) charcoal filter gizmo, adjustable temperature settings on the hot plate, and did I mention LEAKS.
What I miss about the old coffee maker: ability to change length of time the hot plate stays hot, "CALC" calcium warning. Both of which are easy to overcome. If I want two more hours of hot plate all I do is hit the "power" button; if I want to decalcify my machine, all I have to do is run a load of vinegar through on the solstices and equinoxes.

I purchased this model over 10 years ago. It looks a lot like the new one except they have updated the lines. I just purchased the new model because after 10 years the hot pad only keeps the coffee warm and not hot but the first cup is always hot. Every feature still works on this machine except for the stop brew, to pour when brewing. That is because we removed it since we have broke several carafes over the years. I considered purchasing a fancier machine but figured why mess with a good thing. We have never had any problems. We love the timer and the coffee has always been great. I love coffee and feel like our Black & Decker has served us well and I will be sad to through it away. Bought this maker to replace another one of the same that the keypad died on. We had this one for 9 months and it suddenly stopped brewing. Luckily, I had the receipt so I called Black and Decker and they told me to cut off the plug and mail it to them with a check for $7.50 and they''ll send a replacement in 2 weeks. The problem I have with this is that, it is OBVIOUSLY a manufacturing defect that caused it to die, and nothing that we did, so I have to now go 2 weeks without a coffeemaker and pay $7.50 + $2.00 to send them the plug. I feel if it is a problem that is covered under warranty, then they should pay expedited shipping to get me a replacement ASAP. The brew temperature isn''t hot enough, it''s lukewarm at best. Also, the hot pad has been rusting for a few months now. Never had THAT happen on a coffee maker before.

I have been using Brita''s pitcher for 4-5 years and used three different types: Atlantis, slim and a classic. Initially the slim and classic had the same loose sprout problem that you would basically need two hands (one holding the lid, one holding the handle) in order to pour the water out without spilling it, the Atlantis worked flawlessly thanks to a snug-fit upper sprout (with water it would be very hard for the upper water container to fall out). Until recently I noticed that the slim pitcher had this carbon particle leaking into after filtration water problem. I''ve been following the Brita instruction for filter change since day one (immerse it in cold water for 15min and at least wait until the 3rd filtration to drink the water). Reason behind this instruction is simple, there might be loose carbon particles in the lower part of filter, so when you have water coming through it the carbon particles flow with it and stay in your filtered water compartment. However, after 2-3 filtration, the loose particles should be washed away already, and you should get clear water after that if the seal between your filter and the upper water compartment is tight. You''ll see the carbon particles floating in your upper water compartment (pre-filtered water), but those should not be leaking down to the filtered water container. I normally use a dark color mug and never even thought about this problem until one-day I started to use a white mug, I noticed my water had black particles. Tried with new filters, tried with cleaning the pitcher and mug, all failed, which lead me to think it''s the seal problem. Saw people complaining the same on Amazon reviews too, so it sounds like a design flaw.Anyway, I started to look for upgrades. Thought about the Grand version as well as the space saver version, but they all had similar loose sprout complaints. I personally did not care about using two hands when pouring water, however, since my Atlantis worked out pretty well, it made no sense to get a different model with this problem. So far this Marina pitcher has best/consistent positive reviews as the Atlantis and Classic (which I knew work well), so I went with this one. Just got this package and got my filter prepared and water filtered. Everything worked as expected and I did notice several improvements in the design.
1. Brita apparently heard the loose sprout complaints, and this time, they used two small plastic hooks to snap upper compartment on to the lower container. The attachment is pretty tight, I tried a few times to see if I could get it off and clean the lower part for first usage, but did not want to risk breaking the hooks.
2. As one of the previous reviews said, the round bell shape of container did center the water weight better and I could pour the water out with one hand no problem, but I normally put my thumb on the lid just in case, so I can''t say if you only hold the handle and pour it, if the lid would fall out.
3. No carbon particles in my filtered water.
Enough for the pros, and here are a few cons that bring it to 4 star:
1. Unlike the Atlantis, the lid in this pitcher sits on the upper container pretty loosely. That''s why in my Pros #2, I said I used my thumb to press on it a little. But my feeling is, since the better centered geometry, it might not cause the spillage anyway.
2. the indicator is a nice plus, but the battery is non-replaceable and lasts for only 5 years according to the manual.
3. The handle is a empty tube type of deal with an open top, the bottom is not completely sealed nor open, so if you overfill the water or you faucet water goes sideways into the handle, it would slowly leaked out from the bottom of that handle onto your table or counter.
Overall, it looks like a good upgrade.

FYI : this product is the same as the Brita Marina Complete Water Filtration Pitcher except that this is the black version.I have not purchased a Brita pitcher in many years, but it seems like they''ve really stepped up the quality with this new design. I love the sleek, modern look. I also love that it is still the same easy "fill-er-up" pitcher I remember. The light indicating whether the filter is still good is a great addition as well. The only very small drawbacks are that the handle is not closed at the top, so there is a possiblility of getting water in there, and the lid flap does not lock in place (inconsequential as far as I can tell). Also, the battery/bulb for the filter indicator are not able to be replaced, so when they go out in 5 years, that''s it.
This product comes with the pitcher and one regular Brita filter. Because I know I can trust their filters, I am glad Brita has come out with an alternative to the classic white, boxy pitchers they started with.

One thing I would counsel you about is to notice there in the picture the red dot on one end of the filter. That red dot has to go up when the filter is installed. These filters have a clear red dot. Another brand I purchased did not, and I guess I installed it upside down and it made one heck of a mess. You want the ones with the red dot clearly marked.
One final thing: these things are a bit prickly. I don''t use gloves to install them, but I am careful. If you drop one of these on your bare leg, you''re going to cut yourself all up. Be careful.

I got one kit just in case, and can recommend having one as a backup. So far, I''ve washed the original set that came in the air cleaner twice, with no noticeable breakdown of the pleated filter. The rubber gasket seems like it will last indefinitely, and there is no structural breakdown when you wash it.Washing the filter is a bit of a mess, but obviously the low-cost option for keeping your air filter running. Keep one of these kits for the day you don''t have time or interest in washing the original one, or when you do wind up seeing the pleated filter break down.
Eventually, I would guess the pleated filter will break down, and you may also tear the foam part, so keeping a spare set handy is a good idea. I do like the 1030000 air cleaner -saves your lungs AND prevents dust from escaping if you have a basement workshop...

In the last month, I have steamed everything I can think of in my house, to see how it works. I have been pleased with this product, and here is what I have learned:
1) A steamer is not an iron. While I have read reviews of how you can press creases into clothing, I have not been successful in this (yet). I don''t really care about creases, though, and have not spent much time trying.
2) A steamer is a tool. You have to learn how to use it properly to get good results. Steaming from underneath works better than steaming downward into the right side of the fabric. Just like anyone who uses a hammer a few times is almost certainly going to hammer their finger, you will probably burn yourself while you are learning to use a steamer. When I first started using the steamer, I wanted to steam upwards, like I iron. It was counter-inuitive for me, but it works better to steam downwards.
3) Wrinkles really do fall out of fabrics, but this seems to only happen with synthetic fibers or blends with a high percentage of synthetics. If I had trouble ironing it, it will take some work to steam it. However, I always iron in more wrinkles than I take out, so for natural or difficult fabrics, I do a better job with a steamer. Fabrics that I was afraid to iron (too thin/delicate) steam beautifully.
Now, about the Jiffy J-2000 specifically:
This steamer heats up very quickly, in just two or three minutes. I like to turn it on while I decide what to wear, and by the time I get it all together, it is ready to use. The wattage (1300) is slightly higher than most personal steamer models and makes a big difference in how quickly you can finish a garment.
The steamer is very sturdily built. It uses heavy-duty plastics, and comes with a wrench (magnetically attached underneath the steamer body) to secure the parts tightly. The pole that holds the steamer head and clothing is shorter than I would personally like (and the hose is a little shorter, too) and stands about 5 feet. I could not steam all the way to the top of my curtains, while they were mounted to the wall. The water reservoir does not leak, although when you pull it out, some water does remain in the connection area, but not enough to make a mess.
The list price on amazon for the steamer was 169.99, quite a deal more than most of the other steamers listed on Amazon. I purchased mine with a special 25$ off through Amazon, so paid 145$. I think that it is worth that price. I would not pay this much for the ConAir model that I borrowed. In a year, I may think the Jiffy is worth the Amazon list price.

After figuring out that I must be spending in excess of $1000 yearly to have my husband''s oxford shirts cleaned and pressed, I decided to cut my losses and purchase a Jiffy steamer.I am happy with the purchase, so much so that I routinely steam garments that I would not have ironed in the past (t-shirts especially come out looking store-bought new), and it takes very little time.
I have used the steamer on prom dresses with great success.
I am able to press a knife-edged crease in dress pants of all types of material.
I think the best thing about this appliance is that I feel I am damaging our clothing LESS than if I were using an iron.

Just got my steamer after a year+ hiatus since my Rowenta''s plastic head cracked off. WOW, what a difference, for almost the same price! My advice: DO NOT bother with a steamer that has a plastic head. Over time, it will melt, crack, irreparably fall off-->the end for your steamer. There were no replacement parts for my Rowenta, & its ability to remove wrinkles was underwhelming, so I just didn''t bother replacing it. The Jiffy J2000 is easier to use: The tank pulls out & replaces easily, no levers or locks to undo. The tank opening is big, no funnel needed, holds about a gallon. It heats within a minute to steaming. The metal head gets steaming hot, so you essentially have a combination of a hand-held iron and a steamer (the instructions do stress the importance of contact between the head and the fabric for best results). The handle is big and wooden, so its comfortable & cool. The unit itself is easy to roll on casters, not bulky, so it''s easy to use in my very small laundry room. Be aware that if you haven''t used a steamer before, the tubing gets very hot & may burn a little one (or you)--teach kids to stay away as soon as you get this out of the box! You will get billowing clouds of steam, & it WORKS, even on jeans! This is a very quiet unit, too, so you can steam while the kids sleep or do homework, Dad watches TV, etc. And if you want to hold your hanging garment by a corner to keep it steady or straighten it while steaming, I would strongly suggest an oven mitt, or just using a metal or wood tong to keep your hand out of the way entirely. That''s the voice of experience, having scalded my fingers a few times! DON''T touch the hot steam head & keep it & the hose away from your anatomy. No attachments come with this steamer. The instruction book shows several attachments that can be ordered thru the Jiffy website to make this a steam cleaner (bathroom, floors, etc), hat steamer, etc, as well as a garment steamer. Speed through ironing and remove all wrinkles in record time. A waste of money? You don''t need an ironing board or an iron and you''ll save a lot of time and will not damage your clothes. I bought this because ironing is tough to do unless you have a lot of patience and experience. No more shiny pants from too hot ironing. In fact it''s fun to use.Now my confession. I took a $2000 pair of drapes, and put them in the washer (cold cycle) and then the drier (for linens). Duh! I did it because they were yellow from smoke and if I was going to spend hundreds, I would spend another $2000 if the experiment didn''t work. Hadn''t had them cleaned in five years. The drapes were clean as a whistle, but wrinkled like a prune. The Jiffy Steamer dewringled them in 20 minutes flat after they were rehung.
The unit arrived with a broken caster. One phone call to customer service and a new one arrived in three days, and they didn''t ask for the serial or model number.
Wait! There''s more. I have a DeLonghi Steam Cleaner (I give it four stars), but I decided to use the garment steamer to remove grease from my George Foreman grill. That''s because the garment cleaner head is hotter than hell on contact. It cleaned the grill fast! Encouraged, I used it to steam grease out of the oven. Worked fast! Then I used it to remove grease and old food from the rubber matts that line the sinks. Within a few seconds it actually boiled the residual water that lay in the sink! I took a tea bag and made tea with the boiled! OK. Now I''m lying.

Jura 13332 Impressa J5 Automatic Coffee and Espresso Center
I have had 3 cappuccino makers prior to the Jura J5 and have always wanted to own the Impressa J5. Well, this year I went out and got one and, as far as I''m concerned, that was my biggest mistake. It makes a good espresso, that I must say; and I love the cleaning process, but the milk steamer/frother system is definitely a design flaw. The second time I used the dual frother, the wand blew off and sprayed me with steam and milk. I called customer service and they told me that the frother needs to be properly cleaned (taking the frother nozzle off to clean it) and soaked in the cleaning solution each day after it is used. Well, I have been cleaning, soaking and rinsing that frother for several months now and it still blows off intermittently when I steam coffee, blowing milk and steam everywhere. I went to a local distributor and asked them about it and they told me that they have the same problem. Surely there has to be a better frother system for such a nice cappuccino maker?

I think maybe because now I am a bit more experienced in making espresso and understand the details that goes into it that I find I am looking for more in a machine. Yes, this is a very good machine that produces good coffee/espresso. But now I am wanting to go a step higher and get a "God" shot of espresso. The J5 (actually all super-autos) will not give you that.
What this machine will give you is convenience. The shots are hot and are good. It will give you good froth but not the true micro-foams you find in traditional semi-auto machines. I still love the machine and feel that the espresso it produces is better than 80% of the retail coffee shops.
I would recommend this machine to people who are into coffee/espresso and knows at least that good espresso does not need to taste bitter. This machine will satisfy probably 90% of the coffee drinkers out there. For the other 10%, the coffee snobs, this machine probably will not do. It does not produce "tiger stripes" shots (at least I am not able to do it). You can not control tamping. The steam wand is not traditional and in my opinion not that powerful. Does this mean I am a coffee snob?!?
But really, I can not complain too much it is still a wonderful machine. I am starting to contemplate more of a prosumer type of espresso machine. One that is semi-automatic and you really need the end user''s experience/input to produce that "god" shot (e.g. Tiger Stripes crema). Well, I will use this until it dies. Then I will go the next step....

I was always impressed by how easily and quickly he could make a variety of drinks for guests, not to mention the quality of their appearance and flavor.
This machine comes with two different frothing systems, one is a more traditional bullet style frother, while the other can automatically steam or froth milk. This is where the J5 really shines. We have had several of the Jura-Capresso machines. We currently have the Impress J5.We love the coffee and lattes it makes but there is one very annoying and potentially dangerous issue.
The frothing tip on the machine flies off intermittently and sprays hot milk on us and all
over the cabinets and floor. We make a point of blowing steam through the tip for about 30 seconds
after we make each latte to make certain no milk remains in it to clog it and we also clean the
tip in solution as directed -but the problem continues. We had this issue on other Jura-Capresso
machines as well so we don''t understand why they don''t have screw on tips to easily solve this problem.
Making lattes has become a stressful event!

This machine is utterly fantastic, period. I have wasted through endless Cuisinart Grind & Brew machines to no avail and spent way too much on Starbucks. This literally makes the perfect cup of coffee or espresso. The milk frother creates perfect cream. I set it to ''wake up'' before I do so its ready to go. Its as easy as pie to clean and the machine tells you to do everythingadd water, beans, clean out grounds, etc. Its even Energy Saver. What else could you want?

As of yet, there are no alternative bottles to fit SodaStream machines, so you pay top dollar for these. However, they work great and last a long time. Each has a rubber gasket in the cap which helps keep the carbonation in.My only complaint is that the plastic tends to absorb the taste of any soda syrups you may use, so you may want to keep the bottles that you use for making pure sparkling water separate from those that you use to make flavored soda. You could easily differentiate between the two by purchasing different colors of plastic (black, white, green, orange, gray) or metal (stainless) for each purpose.

These extra bottles come in handy. I love my SodaStream and use it all the time. My only wish is that the bottles were dishwasher safe. I tried running them through without with the high temp wash or heat dry and they still melted. Some of these negative reviews surprise me. For the people having trouble with them melting...the warning NOT to put them in hot water or a dishwasher is in at least 3 places on the starter pack, on the packaging of the extra bottles, and printed on the bottle itself. I think it''s unfair to give a low review b/c it''s not dishwasher safe especially since there are dishwasher safe bottles available for a few more dollars. There are also .5L bottles available for the people that said 1L is too much or goes flat.We have a total of 4 bottles and they get used every day (I love seltzer water!). They show no wear and tear. Even the printing on the bottle is still 100% intact.
If you are having trouble with the taste or scent of soda staying in the bottle, try soaking them in baking soda. When I''m done with a bottle I mix about a teaspoon of baking soda with a cup of lukewarm water then pour it into the bottle and fill it all the way up. Shake or swirl and let it sit. I usually leave it at least an hour but I''ve never tested how long it takes to smell clean. But it works every time. My mom used to do this for stinky baby bottles!!
