Up here in the Northeast, interior winter humidification significantly improves quality of life, however, many people don''t bother using one because it can be a lot of work filling and keeping the humidifier clean. I have used this item 1 full year, & has done as advertised. You use very little of the product in refilling the containers, using only approx. 1/6 of a bottle in a year. So, I have found it worth the money.
