I bought this shower head because I was disgusted with the crud building up on our old shower head. I wanted something with no plastic and low flow, but I also wanted a powerful shower. This was relatively inexpensive, beautiful, and well-made. It took about the same amount of time to install as it does to change the nozzle on a hose (save for the time spent getting a wrench from the toolbox to remove the previous showerhead). I now own two if these shower heads, and love them. I went searching for this product because I''m on a well system with less than desirable water pressure. I literally purchased no less than 7 different shower heads looking for one that actually delivered on the pressure promise. This one really improved the pressure without the harsh "spikey" like needle feel often found in similar lower cost big box store heads. This head is also solid metal, and would clearly last forever. If you''re searching for a shower head to increase water pressure, you found it. Now just buy it, and stop beating your head against the wall in frustration every time you take a shower :)

For people who live in homes with low water pressure, this product solves the problem. Using this shower head, you''ll never again complain about low water pressure while taking a shower. However, you cannot adjust the intensity of the water as there is no adjustment on the spray head. Because of this lacking feature, I actually found it painful to take a shower as the water coming from the spray head felt like sharp pins. But, then, I have friends who have also purchased this same shower head, and they love the feel of the water coming from it.
