While it can be annoying that the water filtration isn''t instant, I actually find it works pretty well. I refill it when it gets down to 1/3 left in the bottle so I rarely am starting from scratch. I find that I''m able to use it all day long. It''s also great to refill right before bedtime to make sure you can start the day with a full, filtered bottle of water.
Pros:
Wide mouth
Built-in filter
Top seals well
Water tastes great when filtered
Filter can be repurposed after 6 months
Cons:
Flecks of charcoal can occur when water sits
Takes 1 hour for minimal filtering and 8 hours for full filtering...but the bottle itself is awesome. Great shape, the lid stays on tight but is easy to open. I actually look to make sure I have it before I leave the house. First rate.

Seriously. I can''t take this bottle out of my bag without someone talking about it and wanting one. My yoga instructor even asked me (during class) where I got it.I don''t have much to say about its filtration capabilities. I did fill it with tap water once and left it in the fridge overnight, and the water did taste better. But honestly, I usually put filtered water in it! I do, however, travel for work and when I do, I usually bring an empty water bottle with me to fill in the drinking fountain (yeah, I''m hardcore). So this bottle will be perfect for those circumstance where I can''t get filtered water.
The one little thing that was a little annoying is the metal clip on the top came off the bottle a few times. I had to tighten it by squeezing the two sides together and re-fastening it to the top. Hard to explain if you don''t have one. But it seems to have fixed the issue, so no big deal.I bought one because they claim on the package it will balance ph-level. Tested with litmut paper after 8 hours, then 24 hours, then 5 days. No visible difference at all. Not very practical to open and close, must use both hands. Test yourself and post it here. Not worth the money.
