This machine is a hit with everybody. The coffee is always perfectly fresh and it is relatively easy to use. Cleaning it is easier than a coffee pot! Be careful with how many people it is meant to serve... it is a teesy bit slow and loud. Another thing to realize is that the height is about 5 inches taller with the fresh bean holder installed at the topmaking it a stand-alone piece in your office (rather than a countertop piece).

Problem is machine wa not packed well and it was broken upon arrival. Replaced very time but hard to return
2nd a piece of plastic is missing from aux bean bin & distributor will not supply. They want $113 for a stamped flat piece of plastic that is missing?. Come on now this is a $2,500+coffee machine, we have 2. Is their name and future business from us worth their reputation. They were rude and hung up the phone without rectifying the problem of missing piece?
I suggest you know your machine well before u pay your bill
