I think this company make this product and especially instruction manual thinking all customers are plumbers or ex isopure employees. I can''t rate the product simply because i haven''t been able to install it plus don''t have time. The product looks good but the instruction manual is a black and white diagram, very poorly designed, unclear and includes instruction for other filter models that add to the confusion. Some of the manual is also blurred and unreadable. i called the company asking for a better manual and they offered to give me instructions OVER THE PHONE, IN A LONG DISTANCE COMmUNICATION !!!!All undersink filters are tricky to install, pain in the butt. You need some tools to work in a tight space between the sink and the wall, some of the fittings that connects to fawcet leaks. Once again the manual doesn''t help at all. This is the tipical "you paid for it your problem now" company. If they careD about the customers, they could send you a much more friendly colorful manual with troubleshoot and more detailed explanation, not to mention a dvd with a video would help.
If you don''t have plumbing knowledge save yourself the pain and get a WATER DISTILLER, SOME COST ABOUT $100-$150, JUST GOOGLE IT, NO INSTALLATION AND WATER IS EVEN MORE PURE, BECAUSE IT IS PURE EVAPORATED H2O.
