I bought this Crystal Quest 8 stage Triple device and have it connect to my whole house. the device is working fine have not decreased the water pressure at all (something that you need to be careful when selecting a whole-house water purifier.). I''m still confused with the filtering system and what and when I should buy filters. I was also happy with the seller "Up North Sales LLC". The unit was delayed by a few days so they emailed me and gave me credit even though I did not mind! I would shop from them again (next house or filters). *** I noticed that under product description, there''s now a good description for the filters but I wished the had included the part numbers!
