The biggest plus is the very reasonable price (in the $50''s when I bought it). Also, it works fairly quickly--1/2 hour for full pot--and keeps the coffee hot even when unplugged for several hours. But...you get what you pay for: It does feel a bit flimsy. I chose this one because I wanted stainless steel, but it is so lightweight it feels like aluminum. In fact my unit arrived dented and had to be replaced by the seller. I agree with other reviewers about the spigot. It''s weird and people have a hard time figuring out how to dispense the coffee AND the coffee comes out quite slowly. It IS dripless as advertised however. The window that shows how much coffee is left registers empty when the level is below 14 cups, but you can tilt the unit to get the rest of the coffee out. I used almost twice as much coffee grounds as suggested in the manual (I like strong coffee) and added a flattened coffee filter to the bottom of the perk basket, resulting in a very decent brew.

This is a good unit at a good price. The only comment is that the delivery valve is not the standard "push the lever down" type. You have to learn to squeeze the 2 levers together. This is generally no problem, but you have to teach your guests how to operate.The pot works well. There is lots of room below the valve to put a large cup. This is usually an issue with these type pots. The pot makes a great cup of coffee(40) in a very reasonable time.It is easy to clean....all stainless. The drip plate under the valve is really a nice feature.
I recommend this pot.

I was concerned that the spighot would be as complicated as other reviewers made it seem. This is not a concern whatsoever.It is a safety feature in that a child won''t be able to pull the handle and get burned. I am
not the brightest person and it took me about 5 seconds to figure out how to get the spighot to work.
Another false claim from a previous reviewer is that you would have to tilt the machine to get out the last 10-15 cups. This is simply not true. My first pot was only 14 cups and it poured out quickly without any tilting. The last falsehood regarding this urn is that the inside is aluminum. That is 100% false. It is brushed stainless on the exterior and the inner chamber is stainless steel. The double wall construction keeps the urns exterior cool to the touch (another safety feature!)
One of my favorite features is indicator light that lets you know your coffee is ready. This is an excellent urn that I highly recommend.

I like that it is insulated, one of the few that is. It also has plenty of room to put a coffee cup under the spigot. Unfortunately, the third time we used it the handle broke and we returned it. I luv this shower head... I is very powerful for the price with 6 settings !!! I have purchased more expensive shower heads & they had a weak water flow & less settings, some also broke very easily. So i keep coming back to this brand as I have moved to a new home & also i got one for my mom because of the quality & reliability even the hose is a lot longer than the other models, finally i always thought it was very cool to have the filter & aroma therapy beads in the handle... The Therma=Spa is a great buy & I recommend it to anyone who needs to replace a showerhead or just wants more settings & the flexibilty of a hand held shower head. Good for the money. Filters the water and has the off setting that I have been looking for. The hose is long enough to clean the whole shower as well. this is a great little showerhead..actually its quite big..has the water softners, aromatherapy..its made very well the whole thing is sturdy.. its big though so just know that its as big as most of the others...i love it..its just that i have to wash my dogs & i prefer to have a pause button..but I do love this showerhead & I highly recommend itSave 50% Off
I have owned this shower head for a couple of years now. I''ve always loved handheld showerheads so when I found this one for so cheap with aromatherapy I had to try it. It is REALLY EASY to install, I was able to put it up and take a shower before my husband got home from work. I love the filtered water, it makes the shower seem so much more refreshing whether or not you use the aromatherapy cartriges. The aroma therapy is mild and not overwhelming, which I really enjoy most of the time, sometimes I wish it were a bit stronger(even fresh out of the package).I only have 2 complaints:
1. The dial area that adjusts the showerhead has popped up and caused the showerhead to leak
2. The plastic piece that screws into the pipe broke after about 6 months (Which really wasn''t a big deal they sell identical parts at homedepot for $5)
Overall this is a great product for a great price and I would recommend to anyone that they should buy it! I am thinking about buying 2 more so I can replace the worn out one and put one in the other bathroom.

My tap water tasted horrible to drink, we were spending $600+ on water delivery. I like cold water and don''t want to fill a Brita over and over. This was perfect. After reading the reviews of cheaper ones that start to smell and go bad (because they''re all plastic) I found this one, it''s all stainless inside like a commercial rental unit. The filter attaches on the back, and we now get instant hot water also. The hot comes out at about 168 Degrees which is JUST enough for a cup of tea right then.It has lots of safety valves built in, so it seems trustworthy. So far, one time the emergency pressure valve tripped and no water came out, but I understand this is normal based on your water pressure. It was easily resettable.
I recommend this to anyone in a condo or apartment without an easy way of installing filtered water systems.
I have put up with crappy-tasting, over-chlorinated water in my town for so long and I can honestly say, after several weeks of use, that I am completely satisfied. I had been contemplating getting a bottle-based cooler and now that I have this thing, I''m so glad that I didn''t. I now drink much more water and less sugary stuff like soda fruit juice, and I would consider this an fantastic investment in both my comfort and my health.

It was pretty expensive but the cheapest I could find for a filtered Cold and Hot water unit. I bought this because our office decided not to pay for the unit we had in place. (an interpure unit) We all agree that this unit is nicer if you have many things to fill up. (Water bottle, coffee cups, ect.) It works great and actually fills all the items quicker than our other filter systems we have had in our office. When I set out to replace our aging water cooler (with expensive delivery service) I went to local home improvement stores and could not find exactly what I wanted. My husband and I dabated the issue, and how to cut our water costs, for weeks. The BottleLess CounterTop Water Cooler met all our criteria: replace multiple, inefficient and expensive methods with a single, cost-effective unit. We figured out that even at $370 including delivery, it is still less than one year''s worth of water delivery and pitcher filters AND it will provide exponentially more water. I now have DELICIOUS filtered water and extra fridge and floor space!We purchased the black version to match existing appliances but it comes in white also. It fits neatly beneath the kitchen cabinets but make sure you leave proper ventilation around the unit. The instructions for installation were clear and concise, including a tip for tapping into flex water lines instead of punching into the copper line. Note to Bottleless: include the T-adapter with the residential sales, no one doing their own installing should have to tap that copper line without a plumber present. We went out to buy the part for $8 at Home Depot instead of the $20 charged by the supplier.
We chose to install a few feet away from the sink (water access) and the 25 feet of water line included were more than ample. Drilled a 3/4 inch hole in the counter (personal choice, not a requirement) and the unit was running in no time. We also chose to install the filter outside the unit to make changing it easier. Not sure if this will pose a problem in the long run but everything seems to be running smoothly so far. The unit is heavy when filled and the tanks are sealed so no cleaning required (BONUS!)
It takes a fwq hours for the internal tanks to be filled and to come the the right temps. The quart of hot water is piping hot, not tepid. The cold water is really cold and the gallon capacity for the cold water is perfect for making iced teas, juice mixes, etc. The auto refill feature keeps the tanks full, but sometimes the humming freaks out our cat even though it''s not that loud. For those of you that have never used filters to cleanse your tap water, make sure you run a gallon or so of water thru the unit before you actually start drinking the water since the filter needs to soak and start working.
Overall, I''m thrilled with this watercooler and expect to enjoy it for many years to come!!! Did I mention how good the water tastes?

The first one I got wouldn''t dispense water at all. I completely disassembled the float valves and found an O-ring had popped off the valve . Hopefully that was a fluke but YMMV. Put it back together and it works great now. The first gallon or so of water was greyish--I don''t think they clean the inside of these much during manufacturing--but that''s typical of pretty much everything I''ve bought that plugs into a water line (faucets, refrigerators, ice makers, etc). It''s nothing fancy, but it''s what I expected for the price--well, except for the O-ring problem. I didn''t try contacting the vendor about the O-ring problem--it was easier to fix it than box it up and ship it back.Save 32% Off

The seller page for this ispring combo filter does not state the micron size, but I''m assuming a 5 micron nominal, 20 micron absolute size (the page for the iSpring Counter top filter unit states 5 micron size [presumably nomimal] but does not disclose the absolute size). The GAC (granulated activated carbon) section in this combo filter is loose charcoal, you can hear it shaking around like a maraca, it''s not even packed full or padded with filter fiber to prevent this.
These iSpring combo filters come with iSpring''s under counter and counter top filter systems. It did not produce ANY reduction in total dissolved solids (TDS) from my tap water (using a brand-new, freshly calibrated with 342ppm calibration solution, high quality HM COM100 lab meter to verify my tests results.) My tap water rated at 65 ppm. After filtering through an iSpring counter top system using this filter, and the secondary 5-micron carbon block filter provided with the unit, the water rated at 65ppm! Zero reduction of tds. That says "ineffective" to me.
By comparison, a standard 2-stage PUR dispenser filter knocks off at least 20 ppm tds from the readings, resulting in 45ppm +/tds.
I have ordered a set of KX Matrikx filters to replace this set. I am hoping to see significant results and will post a review on their own pages when they arrive.

The filters do their main job very well -one piece of evidence being how much less scaling there is on humidifiers etc. that I regularly fill with filtered water now. And although there is some inevitable slowing of the flow rate as the filter gets used, it doesn''t get unusably slow as some other filters do. I rely on the metering feature to tell me when the filter is used up.Speaking of which, the meter is pretty good, but it can get fiddly. You''re talking about an assembly of molded plastic parts, so the occasional less-tight-fitting cartridge will occur. Right now I''m dealing with one where the cap, which holds the electronics, tends to pop off, sometimes bending the delicate contacts on the cartridge in the process. They can of course be easily straightened back out (without tools), and the cap reattached, but if you''re averse to doing such things (or physically unable to do them), the metering type of filter system isn''t for you.

This is the old metal version of the panel. I have soft water and the metal corrodes or gets all junked up. The plastic version (from Home Depot etc) seems to last longer.

I have been using these filters for about 7 years, very good quality and do a very good job filtering!!. I live in Venezuela, tap water is not very good quality, but this filter works really good. I''m using a sediment filter as a first stage and then this one for ice making machine and drinking water from refrigerator. Replacement is very easy, you dont need any tools or to shut down any valve, just turn the filter in the right direction, it will shut water line, replace, turn lock and done! Received quickly. Filter unit was great. Included plastic installation hardware was suspect, so I purchased brass components for the installation. I also purchased a better faucet (at the same time)after reading previous customer reviews (glad I did). Under counter installation and filter replacement every 3000 gallons or so. Our city is known for having pretty decent water but from time to time I would notice a slightly different taste. I assume the change was from mandatory water treatments that the city provides when there is work done on the lines. since I have been using these, the water always tastes good.
