I have always been a water drinker but I usually drink hot water. Cold water just never seemed palpable to me; I never knew why. I think I''ve figured it out. I had a problem with the two Black Berkey filters. They would not filter out the red dye. I contacted them and presto they sent two replacement filters THAT DAY, they did not wait for me to send the defective filters before they sent the replacements. They even issued a call tag to pick up the bad filters at their expense. Customer service was on TOP of every communication.
