This steamer is great!!It easily lifts off hard old crusty food,that children leave behind after meals,that would take awhile to scrub off and hopefully not take the finish off the floor.The Brio is gentle but powerful,I love the versatility of it,one unit does it all!From floors, to widows, chairs, sinks, bathrooms, beds.....the list goes on...it''s like an indoor power-washer.It disinfects without any chemicals which makes it great with having small children around.The steam lasts in the Brio where in other steamers you run low and have to wait and wait for the steam to rebuild...... Not this one you never run out of steam,it holds 4 cups of water............ Awesome all round steam cleaner,great buy!!!

After the holidays were over, I was able to get a hold of their customer service and they had me try a couple things before they were going to provide me assistance in getting it returned to a service center. One suggestion actually worked. From there I was overall very pleased with the performance. The controls were very easy to use, there was a wide assortment of attachments and the adjustable dial for steam pressure was very useful. I ran it for a few hours that same afternoon and no problems were encountered.I can''t give it any higher rating than this right now. Judging by appearance and set up; it looks good, the attachments went together very easily and there wasn''t anything complicated in putting the water in and turning it on. Unfortunately I don''t know how well it cleans yet. I don''t want to really say I hate but I can''t really say I love it either. This will be a good test to see how their customer service performs from here.
