This faucet is great. I used this in place of my kitchen sinks soap dispenser, and connected it to an inline water filter. The funny little fin on the right of the base is actually the on/off faucet. It allows PLENTY of water thru, and you don''t have to keep it depressed as some other. (hands free in case you need to fill a pot)

It''s a cheap kit with the filter but this faucet is crap.

One year and it won''t seal, just drips, (filtered water).

The whole thing is plastic and cheesy feeling. I replaced it promptly

with a higher quality faucet. But like I said I bought it with a whole

filter kit here on Amazon cheap, just plan on replacing it in a year.

But buying this thing by it''s self? no way...

Operates like a standard faucet, you turn the knob on the side and it stays on unitl you turn it off. Makes draining the system much easier.

I''m no plumber but this replacement faucet was surprisingly easy to install. I''m a 68 yr old do-it-yourself female who doesn''t give up easily on projects. I installed this by myself and the only time I needed help was I needed someone to hold the faucet in place over the hole while I tightened the nut from underneath the sink. One problem with the product is the cover plate on the faucet handle has a tendency to fall off. I tried several times to put it back on, always listening for it to "snap" in place. Still it comes loose and falls off. So I have to be careful not to apply too much side pressure when turning on the valve. I also like the tallness of the faucet, as my old one (which was leaking-no replacement parts) was a lot shorter. This new style works well with positive shut-off, although turning the handle is a bit stiff. That may loosen some with use. This is an excellent product that I would recommend for anyone who is handy with home projects.
