It''s only been a little over a month since I''ve been using it. So far, my wife and I are definitely extremely-happy with it. Living where we do in Japan, tap water is drinkable and is not bad taste wise but at times smells a little too much for us. It took us a while to decide on which filter system to get but after research decided on the Multi-Pure MP1200EL. After installing, we noticed immediately that there was no smell and the water tasted even better than before.Installation was real easy! It took me less than two hours to install. The most difficult part for me was drilling the hole in the sink counter for the faucet to fit in. The thread attachments fit with no problem. I was expecting a difference in metric and inch threads but apparently is universal. Also, the kit came with thread seal tape so no need to go out and buy.
Even though we thought it was pricey, we feel it was well worth it.
