they do exactly what they are supposed to do, but sometimes it may make a bit of a squeaking sound as you pump it. wow.

the only thing I fixed on it was the pick-up tube. it tends to fall out into the bottle after a while, so I glued it into the pump. problem solved, again by me.

We must purchase our drinking water. This pump makes getting water easy. I have used several different pumps and this is by far a superior pump.

The hand pump was not only very cost effective for what it does, it works great for my needs. I do not have room on my counter top for a water bottle nor did I want to purchase a water cooler dispenser to place the bottle upon. This hand pump was the perfect solution and I am very happy to have it. It installs easily and comes with easy to read instructions as well as a brush to clean out the extension tubes that go down into the bottle. What a deal!
