I''m being charitable here. I replaced my old filter with this, but I''m still getting the message on the coffee pot that the filter needs to be replaced. When I opened the package the inside was filled with spilled charcoal. Lucky that my water is filtered before adding to the coffee pot. Maybe I got a bad batch!
