This worked and looked great but leaked after 11 months. However we contacted Oasis and they are sending a new one to replace it. This is Grade A+ customer service and I wouldn''t hesitate to purchase one of their products again. We have had other water coolers at our office and when they went bad we got the "you''re out of luck" story from the manufacturers. Go Oasis!Stephen Weinman, MD
