This item did not arrive in the same box with the other 2 components, so I am assuming that this is not a true Zen product.

I followed the instructions to boil the rocks (granite, which I thought was odd) before use. About 2 weeks into the use of this product the taste became rancid. When I inspected the system this item was slimy and smelled horrible. Unfortunately, I discarded the packaging, so I don''t really know who supplied this item, but I did order it through Amazon.
