The quality and design functionality makes this item superior to it''s predecessor in all regards.

The movable top tube overhangs the edge of my sink and does not dribble on the counter and the longer plastic hose allows more convenient out of the way placement. I also find the faucet attachment valve design much improved with no dripping.
