I''ve used these for 3 years now. And each filter lasted at least 3-4 months.

Zero Water is now selling a different version (If only I could get the straight ones like these).. they are tapered at the bottom. They last about 1 month.

In addition, even overnight, the water does not filter through I''ve had to hold the tank up and make sure there''s no air bubbles caught in the filter.

Big thumbs down used to be a great product. Now I''m looking for the old type filters (the ones that look like these in the picture) and simultaneously alternatives for filtering water.

When they changed the style of the filter the resultant water flow has decreased. It can now take hours for the water to drain through the filter. We are using the filters in a ZeroWater Bottle filtration system that is supposed to replace 5 gallon bottles. I will be looking for another type of filtration system. I have decided that filtered water that sits in plastic isn''t very good for me anyway, and since this has become frustrating it is time to switch.

I''ve had zero technology for over 10 years on our counter over the years has changed canisters and shape of filters but never lost its worth with us we keep coming back for more and will never get rid of it.
