Buy OSMO Liquid Wax Cleaner Now
When we refinished our wood floors, I swore that I''d never do it again. It''s a giant pain moving everything out of the house, and expensive to have professionals sand down the old floor and refinish. I studied up on the options, and choose OSMO finish. It''s been four years, and I''m so happy with my choice! The thing with OSMO is that it''s a matte finish. I like a little shine. I had read that the floors could be buffed, so I didby hand. Yuck. I tried this cleaner/wax and it didn''t really look much different after using, so I did a bit of experimenting. I tried using different pads to apply, and different buffing methods. I had good luck using very fine steel wool to buff it into the floor, then I used an auto buffer to shine the floors after the product was completely dry. This was very labor intensive, but looked good.
I finally got smart and purchased a $100 floor cleaner/buffer here on amazon. I use it along with this OSMO liquid wax cleaner. My floors look amazing. They have a nice satin sheen that repels liquids and looks great. I can go over the floors with just the buffer if I want to revive the shine. I recoat the floors once per year with the liquid wax cleaner, just to make sure that they stay protected. It''s super easy with the power buffer.
I''ll never have to refinish the entire floor again because there is nothing on them to wear off. They look as good, actually better than when they were first refinished, and I''m using a product that won''t make me or my family sick. I''m a total OSMO fan!
