The product is not made as per US standards, for eg. when I bought this sink faucet, it was not the standard size as typical american bathroom sink would be, further it didn''t have the aerator which is standard for this product.

When I tried to return it they told be I have to ship the $25 faucet to a address in Singapore, and that what ever is the balance remaining after the ship fee is deducted, that will be then refunded.

i contacted Amazon, but the lady didn''t seem to get the point that the shipping fee to Singapore would easily exceed the price paid for the faucet, I bundled my purchase and I didn''t notice that this product was not a prime eligible product.

I am going to suspend my Amazon purchases for a while now, because ultimately it is the responsibility of Amazon to protect it''s shoppers from vendor practices like this.

can not use product because the base cover is not wide enough to cover the tubing. gave away to charity.
