This is the second annual bulb replacement purchased from Amazon and I was happy when the price actually dropped appreciably from last year''s purchase. I have had the Trojan UV system in use for two years with no bulb issues experienced. Another reviewer mentions that these replacements are knockoffs but all three so far (including the original equipoment) have been in identical Trojan packaging and appear the same. So far so good....

The model number is correct, but it does not work properly. Starts to, but then triggers the alarm. Poor quality. We were pleased when we asked to return it and the comapny said they would send a replacement. Upon installing the replacement we realized it was the lamp and its poor quality. When we asked to return both lamps for a full refund we were sent a shipping label....we pay the shipping, of course. Not pleased. Guess we learned our lesson don''t buy a knock off brand.
