The product was delivered quickly and easy to set up. My main problem was finding a faucet to hook it up to. I have lots of faucets but they are a little fancy with pull out spouts and don''t allow for the machine to screw on to it. I had to put it up in my bedroom and hook it to a faucet up there so it is a little inconvenient. I still use it to drink healthy water but don''t get to cook with it or clean so much with the acidic water. It is a nice looking unit and does hat it says. I am happy with it.
