Three things.

1) The faucet is quite attractive. It does not look cheap. It would go well in any kitchen.

2) It is NOT designed to stay on. You must hold the lever the entire time. Not great for filling pots or pitchers.

3)The instructions are worthless. However, it''s very easy to install and does not drip. Here is a simple diagram that shows exactly how to do it:

I will be returning this for one that stays on. However, the product is good quality and I''ll be getting the same brand.

This faucet works fine. The trim ring does not match the size of the chrome faucet and I had to trim down the rubber washer; this should have a larger washer or a gasket seal that matches. It should have a push-in style quick disconnect underneath; instead it has a compression connection. Note that the activation lever can be pulled up and locks the faucet on for filling up large containers; I think this is a standard feature on these things.

We have been using various faucet mounts filters for years. I finally got tired of dealing with overpriced replacement filters, so I finally decided to go under the sink..

My main concern is the weak point. namely the plastic handle. I''m usually careful with what I see as the weakest link to any product, I can see where with many customers, this might be a issue.
