We really like the Seychelle water pitcher and would give it five stars except that it is heavy and a little awkward at first to use. After using it for months though, I can lift it without any problems (must have developed muscles). We were using a lot of bottled water before, and now we are saving money and feeling safer using this pitcher.

The Picher is fine.. however once we started using it.. the filter clogged. So I did as the instructions stated using the red plastic plunger and tried to fix it but it just doesnt work. This is my first review that iv''e written> Im Just disappointed because i really wanted to contiue to drink better water for my family. Its important.

Now it still filters water but it takes maybe 4-5 hours to do so..

I got this filer and it clogged after 1 month of using. I called the company (AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE) nd they sent me a new one, which after a month was clogged as well. I followed the istructions, flashed it for 10 min but unfortunately the filter didnt perform as it should. I called the company and they are sending a regular filter for me (for free).

If you have any issues just call Seychelle. Nice people and want to make you happy.

The Seychelle Rad pitcher is the best. It is sturdy and easy to fill and it removes so many things the other pitchers can''t even compete. You also can use any water (strain it if it is dirty water. This is essential in a disaster situation, especially if radiation is present. I have three and am now drinking more water. (If the filter clogs soon you probably have bad water with a lot of minerals in it.)
