Prompt, fast service. Fabulous quality, well thought out. Easy to put together. Comes with all you need. I had it together in 3 minutes. Only TWO connections to make and they are push in. Quality is superior. Any questions about output are as follows; if input city pressure is 80psi, output pressure takes 7 1/2 minutes to fill one gallon. "Waste" output line output is best served by collecting in a rain barrel for future plant use/watering." The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the input line (from garden hose to white input line is NOT a swivel fitting and some planning/thought is needed to prevent lines from damage when connecting).
