The person who installed and from whom we bought our R/O system charges a LOT to replace even the cheapest filters, so we decided to look into doing it ourselves. My husband is pretty handy, and with some tutoring from Water Filters Online, a seller we also originally found on Amazon, we were able to replace all of our filters except the membrane, which is still fine, for a very small investment. This filter is great, just like the one it replaces, and a very good value. Our service from this seller was great, too!
