If you have older hardwood floors ( not the newer sealed hardwood) this product is great. The one with low gloss was good but I needed to put two coats. The high gloss one only take one coat and it looks great. My floors are very old and the finish is practically off of it. I used this product as a last ditch effort and it has saved my floor.I do it one a year and then top it with some Preen polisher. It lasts all year. This is the third year I have used it and to tell you the truth it didn''t really need it this year as it still looked good. I can understand why the user that used it on the prefinished hardwood floor would have a problem with it. It should have stated it on it''s label but it does now I believe. I think I remember reading that on the label.

First off make sure you pay attention to the bad reviews here ...THIS ITEM IS FOR OLD HARDWOOD THAT STILL HAS A FINISH..DO NOT USE IT ON NEW MANUFACTURED FLOORS. NOW FOR MY 5 STAR REVIEW. I remodeled my 60 year old home back in 2006 and wanted to keep some of the old elements. I have a random width pumpkin pine floor with pegs that was definitely showing signs of wear. I decided to save money and go online and had come out and refinish my floors without sanding. They did beautifull work and my floors looked fantastic for about a year before they started dulling again. The price to have them do the entire first floor of my home was just over 500 dollars. I recently discovered this product and decided to give it a try...2 bottles covered the entire first floor of my home and the results are just as good as what i paid 500 + dollars to do. My cost for same results....30 dollars....FANTASTIC

I''d just had a lot of work done inside my house and the wear was showing on my floors. Weeks of carpenters, plumbers, electricians and tile setters tromping through had left their marks. I saw this product on the shelf at Home Depot and its name sounded just like what my floors needed: revival, something short of refinishing. I picked up a $2 styrofoam paint pad for an applicator, as per instructions. I cleaned my floors first with a spray wood cleaner. Then I put this on in small areas, squirting straight from the bottle and mopping it around with the applicator. It went on smooth as silk and, while wet, made everything look new.

The big surprise is it dries with the same shine! The floors look awesome. It covered up a multitude of little scratches and worn patches and left a deep, rich shine on the parquet. I don''t know long it will stand up, but for the price of a bottle, I''m willing to reapply once a year. This stuff really works as advertised. Do no hesitate.

My wife purchased this product last week and decided to try it out in our kitchen closet. It was difficult to see much of an improvement but slight improvement was eveident. She then applied the product to the rest of our kitchen. I have to say that it looks Fanstastic!

He said it had good reviews so I snatched it up and came home to use it. WOW WOW WOW Does our floor look better! Plus, it''s been TWO WEEKS and you can still see the shine. No, it won''t make your floors look totally new, but if you have company coming or worry about the damage continuously happening to your old floors, this is a must-have. I can''t recommend it highly enough. It gives your floors a nice sheen and clearly a good protective coating, also it took away from the severe contrast of dark traffic areas and less used areas.

I give this ten stars. It''s just wonderful. I don''t know about brand new floors, but even the corners of our home, which are way less used, look great. LOVE IT and I feel confident that this will be what we use until we refinish our wood flooring. One bottle just made it through our downstairs, 12x12 living room, den, family area and kitchen.
