I had the local Watts Premier location test the water and the membrane a few weeks after installation. It flunked. Watts Premier would not warranty the product because Healthy Biz Healthy Home is not an authorized seller. However, return of the product and refund of my money was speedy through Amazon. Unfortunately, the price and shipping had gone up when I reordered a new membrane.
The membrane satisfies my needs. I thought purchasing the larger membrane would reduce the amount of time and frequency of filtering action but seemed to make no difference. The filter still does its job very well.
