One item to note. Be sure to install it where you can move it into a bucket when changing the filter. It comes apart and all the water spills.
The flow of the water is very adequate for filling mugs and getting some cool filtered water to drink.
I really liked the specs for the filter as it appears to do so well I felt comfortable not buying a reverse osmosis unit, which is what I originally thought I would do. I didn''t like the waste water of the osmosis unit too.

Excellent flow rate. I have one on the 45'' sailboat and one in the kitchen at home. Eliminates all taste and odor from the water. Easy to install. Home unit sits on the cabinet floor in the back of the cabinet so little usable space is lost although unit can be mounted off the cabinet wall if needed. Filters last a long time. I received a wrong product. After filing the wrong shipment, I got a reply back from Ed, and he offered a free filter which is worth about $80. A week later I received a product I originally ordered and kept along with the wrong item which was the replacement filter with free of charge!Nice and quick response makes me very happy after all!
