product was just as adverticed,. I received it brand new and shoipping was supper fast.

Please be advised that this item does not come with a charcoal filter inside,. Do not make the same mistake i made...I missed the information and I was epxting it to be a complete filter set., But in fact, it is only the Holder for the CHarcoal filter (small sac of charcoal)

The quality of the product was good. The only problem I had was that it was the wrong holder for my coffee maker.
