I called Brita today at 1-800-24-BRITA and the representative said that they make only ONE water pitcher filter which fits ALL styles of pitchers and does NOT reduce lead. In fact the ONLY filter they make that reduces lead is the ONTAP filter which physically attaches to the faucet.

This product is misrepresented in your title,Your claim is that this product reduces Lead from the water.The box I received says nowhere that it reduces Lead in anyway I have bought this product in the past from other merchants,I know that the box generally boasts of its Lead reudction considering they are generally more expensive,The product sent to me says no where on the box it reduces Lead you should not lead customers on to pay more money for cheaper filters, I am dissapointed
