Excellent wrench. Expensive, but worth it for a tool that will never break. Also its made in USA.The long handle made changing filter very easy compared with wrench that came with my filter (before I broke that plastic wrench).Inside diameter is just under six inches. For filters with 4.5 x 10 inch cartridges, A.K.A. HD950 or Big Blue.
My housing is GE but all brands use standard sizes, this wrench should fit all HD950 housings.
I know it is confusing to try and match filter parts, I hope this info saves you some trouble.
