Neighbor was discharging waste and I suspected it was polluted. Ordered water testing kit and it provided proof that e coli was present in waste discharge. Easy to use and accurate. You do need access to a Black Light source to complete test. Black light causes e coli to luminesce and proves presence.
I have a problem well and have to treat it extensively. I easily got a positive on the well when I knew it was contaminated. On another well that I knew was clean, it tested negatively. I continue to monitor all my wells.

Well water testing yearly is a must and this kit came on time, was a good price, and had good reviews... It takes a couple of days to complete but thats ok... I will purchase again next year!
