This item would not install correctly. The design is not compatible with the 9010 filter used in Kenmore 106 series (and others) refrigerators. In fact, installing this filter may damage the filter housing (filter water shutoff valve). It cost me over $100 to fix my unit because of this design difference!! BEWARE!
