I have highly mineralized sulfur smelling water. Last year I switched from bleach to Neutra Sul. I am very pleased with the results.The Neutra Sul is a little more expensive, but the results are much more consistent than with bleach. With the bleach I would sometimes get the sulfur odor breaking through, and would have to increase the concentration to a point where I could smell the chlorine. Breakthough odor doesn''t happen with the Neutra Sul and there''s no nasty chlorine smell or residue. It''s easy enough to monitor for excess peroxide in the water by looking for effervescence.
