This is a great dispenser! There is minimal assembly, I think it took my son 5-minutes to put the little screws in the base, and that''s it. It sits on my counter and the space betwwen the spout and the counter is enough to place a glass or pot underneath to fill. The spout closes as soon as you release it so there''s no leaking or dripping. Putting the 5-gallon water bottle on top it a breeze! I ordered one formy house and one for my brother and he loves his too!

This is a good product. With that said I paid almost $50 on Amazon for this and the next day saw it at Wal-Mart for $29.99, and that wasn''t on sale. If you have a wal-mart by you then try there first and if not then oh well get it here lol.

I do not like chilled water for my sensitive teeth, so it always seemed wasteful to have a water cooler when all I used is the center spout. This dispenser solved that problem.

The countertop stand is nice and sturdy and the addition of the feet levelers made it even more stable, but I found using it on a countertop impractical once you add the height of a 5 gallon water bottle. There is a plastic ring that sits on top of the rim that protects the ceramic from chipping. The water flows out of the spout quickly as well.

This dispenser is perfect for the task I need it to do. It would have been nice to have the option of a plain white, for decor purposes, but the stripes are subtle.

This is a simple effective product that does what its supposed to. Easy to assemble and set up. Leveling pads are a bonus. We had one problem with ours which was a little aggravating hence 3 stars. The plastic gasket that sits on top of the ceramic jug didn''t really fit that well. At first I searched the packaging to see if there was another, thinking this one was an adapter of some kind, but no luck. When the water bottle wasn''t full the gasket would lift the bottle, the seal would break and the thing would leak! The first time this happened some new hard cover publications in our office needed to be replaced and they cost more than this thing. Ultimately a bath in some hot water and a full bottle sitting on it for a while seems to have fixed it. But we keep it away from the books.

After 4 weeks, the spout started leaking making it unusable. The spout is cheap plastic and the leaking created a real mess. Needless to say, I would not recommend this product.
