I have had this brewer for over a month now and i could not be any happier. Very easy to use and the coffee taste so much better than a 12 cup maker. yes it was pricy but well worth it. I use my k cup twice to make coffee I look for all sales on k cups but am going to by the reusable k cup soon will keep you updated

I was in love with this machine when I first bought it. The coffee is delicious. I followed the instructions exactly. I used only filtered bottled water to fill up the water reservoir to help keep the water from scaling and clogging up. I used the appropriate K-Cups. And yet on the 4th day, I was trying to make coffee and... nothing. Just a little noise, but no coffee in my cup. Disappointing, as it was going so well. I was able to get it to work again after several tries, not sure how or why it''s working again, but luckily it is.

03/20/13 update

It seems that the needles get clogged up on my machine fairly easily, which causes the machine to not brew coffee. I''m not sure if it''s just something you have to put up with, the technical support person I spoke with walked me through the cleaning out process, and then recommended that I run plain water through once or twice after each time I brew a cup of coffee. Every 5 or 6 cups of coffee, the machine stops and I have to clean out the needles, and then it works good again. I still like the machine overall, it''s just more high maintenance than I expected it would be, but I guess it''s easier than grinding fresh beans and having to clean out a conventional coffee pot every day.

Im not much of a coffee drinker! ok I dont drink coffee. but once I saw the diffrent varieties of coco and tea''s i was interested! it is a very convient and fast and easy way to enjoy a hot beverage in about 2 minutes. easy clean up! no mess and i love it so far. i have had it for a 5wks and its been great. if your a big mug drinker this one isnt for you!

Product is simple to use, heats water very quickly. For some reason, tea tastes better when made through this product. I don''t think its the bottled water, probably more the temperature. Kids love to make the parents coffee and tea with this machine.
