When I installed the carbon filter cartridges in their housing I found the O-rings did not seat properly. I contacted the company''s online help desk about this and they replied by asking for my order number which I gave them. They never replied, even when I made another inquiry. So without any advice from the company and through trial and error I finally discovered the problem with the O-rings and fixed it only to discover that the pressure tank leaked around the tube connection at the top. I tried several ways to stop this leak but I only diminished the flow, not stop it. I finally took the pressure tank from the system I was replacing and connected it to the Purenex system and it did not leak. Everything seems to be working fine, now, but it would have been nice to have someone from Purenex advising me. I would have sent the tank back for a replacement but since I have one that works for me I decided not to. The system itself has good flow and good pressure at the faucet and seems to be working great. I give it three stars for poor support.

No problems. Instructions have very small print. Had to research and find PDF that I could see. Otherwise seems very good and economical way to get RO water.
