I can''t seem to find a deal on these anywhere and Meile insists that you use thier products if they are going to honor the service warranty. That said, I have NEVER worked with a better customer service company so I don''t mind paying a little more and the coffee the machine makes is out of this world. I had an issue with my machine after the warranty expired and they were out three times to fix it without luck and they just gave me a new one! I bought the extended warranty this time around but when I replace other appliances I will look to Miele first.

If you need them, you know what they are... and they do keep the Miele coffee station working optimally.

I can say they shipped very fast and arrived in perfect condition.

this was the worst product I''ve received from amazon! the expiration date for the tablets was over a year old... the tablets did not work as they are supposed to! very disappointed !

Oh, what fun! Gigantic/humongous/ginormous decalcifying Alka Seltzer! You''ll come for the fizz, but you''ll stay for the descaling. These guys are kind of pricey, and they''re hard to find locally, so I am glad they''re so readily available here. It would be nice if Miele would give us other non-Miele options, but what are you going to do?
