Braun Cafehouse KF520 Coffee Maker Machine

We have had this coffee maker for several years, not sure about the voltage (we live in the US). The filter system makes really good tasting coffee at a fairly fast rate. I''ve tried other coffee makers as ours is starting to look a little worn, we haven''t found anything yet that comes close.

I bought this coffee maker for use in a 220 volt country (Germany and again in Africa) it was great! ) I love Braun products, You MUST note the wording NOT FOR USE IN AMERICA clearly stated. It comes with a different plug and voltage usage for overseas use.

I ordered this for my parents when my dad was in the hopital.I was under a lot of stress as he had a heart attack. Apparently I did not see it was not for use in U.S.A.When I tried to return it, Sam the rep I was trying to work with was not helpful.He also kept referring to me as Mr. when I was Clearly femaleCaren . He was aggravating and wanted to charge a re-stocking fee on top of me sending it back to get an American ready coffee maker. By then I would have paid for it twice.

I choose to get another coffee maker from a more reputable company. DON''T do business here . They aren''t helpful

I buy off Amazon often ,but this is the first bad experience I''ve had in years
