I had two original pads that came with the mop that looked exactly like the picture, but what I got was a thinner cheaper version in a powder blue, not the white striped pad they have on their picture. And the pads didn''t fit quite right. I''m afraid to wash them because they might shrink and then they won''t fit at all!

Product doesn''t look like picture and doesn''t fit my steam mop like I thought it would. I looked up the part number on the bissell website to make sure I ordered the correct item. It doesn''t fit my mop snugly like the original, it''s too big and cord to tighten it doesn''t seem like it will stay tight. It does look like it will still work so I will try it and I will dry it after washing and see if that shrinks it so it fits better.
