I replaced the one that lasts only about a year to the BA-ICE-S but was listed as 100-250v.which lasted only three years. It would be nice if these lasted at least 6 years!!! I am now replacing my second one.....

Item works, but not for sure how long. The unit that they shipped is the old style that goes out after about a year. Let''s hope this one lasts a little longer.

The unit they picture is the updated/newer unit that supposedly corrected the bad caps/fuse ballast problem with these, but what they sent was the old style unit. I had to get the filter up and running so installed this where the last unit that looked identical was and lasting 16 months.

Just beware that the photo they use is of the newer units, but what they shipped me was the old style unit. It was indeed new, but not the later style.

Works and lights bulb so far, but it''s only been a few weeks.

My power supply had gone out on my UV system. I really like this one as it tell you how many days the bulb had been used.

Item arrived quickly and in great condition. Replace the old one with this and it worked like a charm. The only thing to note is that this doesn''t come with a power cord. If you are purchasing to replace an older model, just make sure your power cord isn''t hardwired into your box. If it unplugs, you can just use the old power cord. If it doesn''t, you''ll need to order the corresponding power cord for this unit. Very happy with this purchase!

This product was exactly as advertised. The delivery was right on time and the price was much better than I could have purchased it for locally.

My only reason for the 4 star rather than 5 star rating is because the unit as manufactured is not expected to be reliable for more than 2 to 3 years. This is the information I received from our local dealer before purchasing on-line. In any event, I am very satisfied with this vendor and their service.
