Yes it looks like picture but it does not have a switch for the espresso maker and that is the only reason I purchased it. The word espresso is not even mentined in the instruction book. It always makes me unhappy when I get swindeled!

this is probably the best coffee make I have bought. the four cup was so attractive, user friendly: that i ordered the 12 cup. the 12 cup is just as nice.

I have ordered coffee maker for 220-240 V as I am traveling for extended period to Europe and wanted to have it right away so i do not need to go shopping; it arrived and i assumed was the right one. Now when i start packing on my horror i realized they sent me completely wrong item...so disappointing; not only do i have to scramble to find replacement but now i have to deal with return etc
