This unit came with the upgraded metal facet. I didn''t notice this in the product description, and it was a real bonus for me to find it in the package. This kit was as complete to accomplish the installation as could be expected. Other reviews for similar products mention a problem with lines leaking, but I have not had any leaks with this system. The unit has only been installed for 24 hours, and I haven''t tested the water quality yet; but the taste is great! Reviews for similar products cite a noise problem with the unit, but this unit is very quiet. I would definitely do business with this vendor in the future.

I''m often concerned about buying products like this from an unknown manufacturer. But after doing all the research, I saw that this had all the "qualities" I wanted, I was just afraid it would be junky, or... I don''t know. Instead, its a great water filter. I arrived quickly, it was relatively easy to put in, and (after letting it run off and on for several hours) the water is perfect. They gave me the upgraded faucet, which looks great (I''m pretty picky about this kind of thing). All the parts seem like good quality, and it''s been working beautifully for about a month now. Make sure to keep an eye on it when you first turn the water on; sometimes you have to push the tubes into their collets a little deeper so they seal. One of mine leaked when I hooked it up. I pushed it in and it stopped immediately and everything has been dry since. Oh, one more thing; I have heard people complain about the noise of their RO filter when it is recharging but I can''t hear this one at all. It''s very quiet. Nice filter, great price, sweet pure water.

I bought this product thinking it was a 100 gallon per day unit as it says in the description. I opened up the box and everything was there except it was missing a black rubber washer I had to purchase another. The unit has been hooked up for 2 days without leaks that''s why I gave it 1 star but has been vary far from meeting my expectations. Although myself and many others included expect to get what the description says they are receiving. After I hooked it up I noticed how slow it was producing water and I read in the manual that it takes 55-95 psi water pressure to produce good results. So I checked water pressure and it''s holding steady at 86. So I read on and it also says it will take 3-5 hours to fill the 3.2 gallon holding tank. And I thought, unless the past four years of college and my math degree have let me down, even at the lowest psi, that is 55 psi, it will take 5 hours hours to fill a 3.2 gallon tank. Let''s do some math. 24 hours in a day divided by the three hours it take to fill a 3.2 gallon tank at 95 psi. You will be able to fill the tank 8 times per 24 hours. So you take the 8 and multiply it by the tanks volume 3.2 gallons and that will give you the gallons per day which sits at 25.6 gallons per day at the highest psi flow rate. 25.6 gallons is quite far from the advertised 100 gallons per day. Oh and at the lowest flow rate which is 55 psi you will only produce a measly 15.36 gallons per day how pitiful. Should be taken down for false advertisement! It is against the law!
