I have returned this product three times. I know, who would be stupid enough to try something like this three times? The first time the heating unit melted after being plugged in for about 10 minutes. The second time the tubes inside weren''t even connected which we found out after putting water in to flush the system, huge mess. And then the next day, the water heater melted...again. I called customer service and they were very nice so I decided to try again. This time the water heater won''t even come on!! called customer service and the very nice woman suggested that it must be user error. When she ascertained that we were using the piece of crap correctly, she said "well you have to understand, you bought one of our lower end models." Are you kidding me!!! I didn''t know that the "lower end" model was just for decoration!!!!

This dispenser failed right out of the box. After filling with water and plugging the device into the outlet, the heater elements appeared to burn up. The device produces no hot water.

It took over a month for the manufacturer to send a replacement unit. 2 months later, I walked into the office one morning to find that one of the faucets had started leaking over night and soaked the carpet. I definitely would not recommend this item.

The unit leaked out water as fast as it went in. After opening up the back it was noticed that the filler hose was broken off and the electronics were just hanging inside loose. The unit didn''t appear damaged on the outside.

Hi ..... I just bought one of this water dispenser I recommend every one don''t think to buy one like this because you will lose your money and extra trash in your house and you pay money for it first.... I was happy because my water dispenser iwas leaking but I found one cheap ican buy it so I paid $81 for this piece of s*** since I plug it in and iput the water bottle ifound all the water is on the floor. What do you think ican do ther is no return or any thing to get my money back..... Please no body buy this trash
