We had to send the first one back because it leaked, but the second one worked perfectly. Other dispensers we''ve used had a slow dispenser and it took too long to get a glass of water. This one flows much faster, although the hot is a little slower. Great for the price!

This purchase was a waste of time and money. The cooler did not work at all. It never dispensed hot or cold water. The fan made some noise as though it was working, but that was all it did. I called the manufacturer''s customer service number and it was like talking to someone who was at home in their own kitchen. They were unprofessional, not interested and preoccupied. ordered this product after my Cuisinart countertop water filtration unit w/ hot and cold water self-destructed w/ short circuit. First Ragalta came w/ back open adn screws rolling around the inside. Called shipping co very polite, offered even exchange, which I wanted, sent 2nd unit. Much better quality w/ metal not plastic back,no loose screws, and cold water worked immediately. Prob w/ hot water: received w/handle broken off; and the hot water switch not working; ie , no power registers to it even thought power does register to cold water .... I give up. I did not waste my time calling up a second time to complain and request yet another ''even exchange''. My time is too valuable. I tossed the unit and will hope that someday another type is available. When my item arrived the outer boxes were in good-fair shape and all security tape was in place. The item inside was correct but the back panel was extremely dented and appears to have been broken before it was put in the box... I did not work at all and smelled of something burning when it was turned on... I''m now waiting on a refund...Save 21% Off
