I already used it, but I spect more from this cleaner, the vapor cleans but it is not for a big work. when i say big work I refer to clean a wheel of a car, it takes a lot of time. But works.

I bought this item to help get the little nooks cleaned in my faucets and clean out the kennels with out using chemicals that might make my dogs sick. I really like the extras that came with this. I have found that if I put a little bit of vinegar in the water, it is great to wash windows with. The extender nozzle is great for getting the back of the kennels clean. I wish there were more than one cloth cover though. Mine is already wearing thin I haven''t had it for very long.

I owned a shark steamer before this one and I would rather have the shark over this one as the power of the shark seemed to be stronger. This little steamer still does a good job but it is hard to handle if you have to reach high up places. It would be nice if it had a strap so you could carry it over your shoulder with a simple on/off switch so you wouldn''t have to hold down a button.

I do like this steamer a lot but I would love to see more power and easier handling.
