Now, I did not buy this from Amazon. I believe I got this from BB&B. Before we got this machine, we went through quite a bit of Mr. Coffees and others like it. This coffee maker has been going strong for 2 years now and we are very pleased. We never really used the "hot water only" reservoir. We used it a couple times and it worked just fine. Just make sure to empty that reservoir because I think some of the condensation from the "coffee part" to the "hot water part". Were VERY pleased with this coffee maker.Save 20% Off
