I used the Oxyclean Deck Cleaner on a TimberTech composite deck. I sprayed the product on and cleaned as directed. I had some black mold spots over about 1/5 of my deck. I would call it a minor mold problem. I found that it took two applications to clear up all of the mold spots at normal concentration. That is with a good deal of hard scrubbing with a rigid bristle brush too. The formula doesn''t seem to lift the material off of the boards as well as I expected. The instructions indicate that you can use a higher concentration for tougher problems, but I found that the normal concentration had a light bleaching affect on my brown colored deck boards, so I was affraid of increasing the concentration. Overall it did the job, but expect a lot of hard scrubbing.

I don''t write reviews, BUT...this stuff is unbelievable!!! I just finished cleaning my deck with it and it looks like brand new. It doesn''t take much effort, no chemical odor, and just add water. You let it sit for a couple of minutes and simply scrub it with a brush and all the dirt and mildew comes right off and the beauty of the wood is back. I''m so happy. It just needs to dry and then I will be ready to seal it. I can''t recommend it enough.
