Had this system installed a few years ago. Changing filters is simple (like screwing in a lighbulb). Only trick is this: they tell you to rotate half a turn L to loosen. They forgot to mention that the filter will be fully free and drop like a brick so you need to hold it securely. Other than that, all is good. And if you ever get a filter that''s bashed in shipping, the company makes good on it (and yes, you need to return the damaged one, so don''t get snarky -be fair and get fair treatment from them).

I probably could have gone another six months, but I noticed the water flow starting to decrease a bit and I decided not to push it.

As expensive as these filters are, I feel they are worth it, as they work really well and last a long time.
